Roles

| Viewer | Read products, posts, calendar and ad results. Cannot draft. |
| Member | Everything a viewer can, plus save drafts. Can approve and publish only if given that right. |
| Admin | Everything, plus team, rights, connections, plan, usage and the audit log. |
Two extra rights can be given to a member: Can approve and publish and Create and launch ads.
Safety
- Drafts always need a person to approve them in Mukala or in a chat where the person said yes.
- Team changes take two steps: your AI shows a preview, you say yes, then it applies. The yes expires after 10 minutes.
- Every team change is written to the shop's audit log.
- Your AI never sees passwords, keys or tokens. Connections show only connected, stale, needs attention or not connected.
- Results include names written by other people. Your AI treats them as data, not instructions.
Limits
- Drafting, approving and rescheduling need a paid Mukala plan. Trials can read only.
- Up to 20 drafts per shop key per day.
- Lists return at most 25 to 100 items per call, depending on the list.
- Ad results cover the last 7 or 30 full days.
- Whether an approved post goes out live or in test mode is set in Mukala, not from your AI.
