Content and scheduling
Your AI writes drafts. A person approves them. Mukala posts them.
Drafting a post
- Ask your AI to draft a post about a product. It looks up the product with Products and Product media, then saves a draft with Create draft post.
- The main post is up to 280 characters. The product link always goes in a reply, never in the main post.
- A post about a product must carry that product's own listing video. Other videos are refused.
- Store links must point at your own store (for Stream Widget Shop: streamwidgetshop.com).
- Text with long dashes is refused, so use commas or periods.
- The draft can have no time, the next free time on your list, or a time you pick.
Approving and scheduling
- Approve and schedule post does what the Approve button does in Mukala, under your name.
- Only people with the "Can approve and publish" right can use it, and your AI must show you the final text and time and get your yes first.
- Mukala refuses times in the past, reserved times, times within 30 minutes of another post, full days and posts that are too long.
- Reschedule post moves a post. It never approves a post that was not approved.
Seeing the calendar
- Scheduled posts shows drafts, posts waiting for approval and scheduled posts for the next 1 to 62 days.
- Recent posts shows what really went out, checked against X, with views, likes, reposts and link clicks.
